General Rules :

The candidate selected provisionally for admission must deposit the fees and original certificates at the time of admission failing which she will forfeit the claim for admission and placement in the waiting list and no correspondence will be entertained in this regard.

The candidates admitted will be required to attend the classes immediately. The name of students (s) who remains (s) absent from classes for more than 15 days at a stretch will be struck off from the college Every rolls without giving any notice. Every student is required to complete minimum attendance requirements as laid down by Rohtak University.

All admissions are provisional and subject to the final approval of the Rohtak University after completing the necessary requirements as per rules / ordinance. Any candidate found medically unfit will not be allowed to continue her study in the Institution.

Rules Regarding Fees :

The fee-structure is subject to revision retaionalization / finalization by the State Govt. from time to time and the same shall be applicable as and when amended communicated by the State Govt. in addition, the students shall be required to pay the University fees / charges etc. as prescribed by the University Rohtak.

Fees once deposited shall not be refunded under any circumstances and no correspondence in this regard will be entertained.

Students who desire to leave the College at any time during Course, will have to deposit fee for the balance period of course before her certificates are returned by the college.

Fee once paid on initial and subsequent admission shall not be refunded under any circumstances in case of migration / transfer. The returnable security will be refunded if claimed within one year. No correspondence will be entertained on this account.

Mode of Payments :

Student selected shall be required to deposit their fees by Cash on the same day when the selection list is declared. (Cheques will not be accepted). Failing which the seat will be given to the next candidate on waiting list.

Monthly fee is to be paid by 10th of each month. Failing which a late fees of Rs.10/­per day will be charged in shape of fine & if fee is not paid within 30 days, the name of the student will automatically be struck off.
